Alaska Huts Association is beyond excited to host our first ever Women’s Mountain Bike Weekend. Spend the weekend empowering other women to get after it on mountain bikes.

The goal of Women’s Mountain Bike Weekend is to promote camaraderie, community, and support among female bike enthusiasts in the South Central Alaska area by bringing them together at Manitoba cabin for a weekend of biking. Alaska Huts Association has partnered with Christina Grande and several other local Anchorage bikers to make this event happen! The weekend includes a day of biking, basic bike maintenance demos, and sauna fun.

What’s Included:

Your reservation to Women’s Mountain Bike Weekend includes one night in a Yurt bunk, dinner Saturday night, breakfast and coffee Sunday morning!

Prerequisites:

Participants must be able to bike in variable terrain. While all levels are welcome, this weekend is not a mountain-biking class; please be prepared to spend all day mountain-biking with minimal guidance or instruction. Gear and bike transportation will not be provided. Please be able to transport your own bike to the trailhead. Carpooling is very encouraged!
