Alaska Huts COVID-19 Response

Alaska Huts has CANCELLED A Flannel Affair on April 23rd due to COVID-19 and bans on large gatherings. We are rescheduling for a FALL date, so please stay tuned. We look forward to hosting Flannel Affair with you all when the time is right! We have also cancelled Spring Work Weekend and will be cleaning and restocking Manitoba Cabin and Yurts in small groups. At present, Alaska Huts is keeping Manitoba Cabin and Yurts open. All bookings made moving forward will be 1-party only through the remainder of April and May. The Whole Shebang is the only bookable item through April and May is available at a reduced cost during the week (Sunday-Thursday nights) and weekend (Friday-Saturday nights). Please mitigate the risk of COVID-19 appropriately – clean the main cabin and yurt surfaces and commonly used areas thoroughly with the provided cleaning supplies as you check-in and out of the facility. Note that Alaska Huts does NOT clean the facility in between bookings.

If you would like to cancel your reservation at Manitoba Cabin and Yurts, please let us know via an email to [email protected] ASAP so that we can open availability for other parties. We are no longer providing full-cost credits for use at a later date and are resuming our normal cancellation policy. Please note that Alaska Huts, like many other non-profits and businesses, are struggling to survive the pitfalls of COVID-19 and social distancing. If you would like to donate the cost of your reservation to Alaska Huts, please know that your dollars are very much so valued at this time. We are very grateful for our community!
